Goal: To assist client companies and their employees in reducing incidence rates and expenses attributed to soft-tissue overuse and strain sprain conditions (MSD's).
In most cases ART providers will work on-site at a corporation's location for a certain number of hours per week, caring for muscular aches/discomforts at the first aid or wellness level. This increases the number of employees seen and decreases the employee's time away from work, while allowing ART to prevent muscular aches/pains from escalating to a recordable level and preventing workers' comp claims.
- When a corporation contracts with ART Corporate Solutions, Inc. they will have access to the highest level Active Release Techniques providers in North America. This is important because we want to insure that your company will receive the highest quality of ART care on a consistent basis.
- ART Corporate Solutions tracks every session, reports outcomes, costs, and savings directly to your company on a bi-monthly basis.
- When challenging cases arise the on-site ART provider may submit the case via digital video to ART Headquarters for Dr. Michael Leahy (developer of ART therapy) to evaluate the employee's case via biomechanical analysis. Dr. Leahy will then advise the on-site provider if modifications or additional protocols should be implemented.
- ART strives to train each employee on how to prevent occurrence and/or re-occurrence of soft tissue conditions. Each employee that receives ART care is educated on which stretches are essential for them to perform during the work day to prevent the condition from returning. These stretches are very quick and simple to perform and no formal break is required. The ART provider periodically visits each employee, he has cared for in the past to review and practice the stretches so that they stay fresh in the employee's minds.
ART has been a WIN-WIN program for LPR and its employees. Employees can utilize ART to free themselves of aches and pains that the employee would usually just live with until medical attention is necessary. Now with ART the employee gets immediate first aid attention and continues to work healthy and productively. I personally and other managers have had successful experiences with ART and will continue to spread the word of ART.
